Throughout the first two months of 2020, our dedicated team captured over 1200 high-quality product shots for OXO's eCommerce site. This included a mix of white background product photos, packshot photography, creative food photography, and in-use photos with models, to showcase the entire product range. Our professional product photographers paid meticulous attention to product photography lighting and detail shots, ensuring that each item was presented in the best possible way.
The results were impressive, with Razor Creative Labs successfully delivering a comprehensive library of commercial product imagery that set the stage for a successful 2020. Through our collaboration, we helped OXO elevate its eCommerce visual content, reinforcing its position as a leader in kitchen essentials and home organization solutions.
As OXO looked ahead to its production calendar in the fall of 2019, it became clear that its in-house studio team would be unable to accommodate the extensive visual content needs for early 2020. To alleviate their workload, they tasked Razor with a significant project that required us to act as an extension of their production team. We were responsible for managing their extensive eCommerce visual content demands while ensuring that the final output aligned with OXO's high standards for professional product images.
To kick off the project, we collaborated closely with OXO's creative and production teams to devise a comprehensive strategy for the upcoming months. Our pre-production efforts included developing detailed shot lists and assembling a talented team of over 20 professionals, including producers, photographers, food stylists, models, and photo retouchers. This strategic planning allowed us to efficiently mobilize a skilled crew ready to tackle the studio product shoot.
